I’ve used Ben Aistrup twice to arrange my mortgage. On the first occasion my circumstances were slightly complicated and I thought I would have to sell my house. However, Ben managed to arrange a good mortgage deal for me which I was delighted with. I consequently got in touch with him again when I wanted to renew my mortgage, this time with slightly less complicated circumstances although not completely straightforward, and again he managed to find me a fantastic deal. I had been to W H Brown in Wisbech for my mortgage, paid £550 upfront in fees, and after 2 months got told that I got declined from their lenders and in turn, lost the property and any money I had paid them– as they sold it to a cash buyer. Went to see Ben in Wisbech, who had my mortgage agreed in 5 minutes, surveyed and offered within 2 weeks – no upfront fees, only paid him if he was successful. Really happy that I have a mortgage offer and I should be moving into my new house soon! I have also taken his recommended solicitors (£450 cheaper than those recommended by W H Browns), life assurance and home insurance – much cheaper for the same products that I was being offered before!
